I think Kermit is wise enough to be able to speak about many issues.
I was reading an article on Joe the Plumber (aka "The Plumber Without a License"), and he's quiet stymied by all of the media attention. Poor Joe.
I would have to agree regarding Kermit. And he reaches across generations of Americans, too.
I have to go with Kermit, as well. Being a long time friend of frogs, I have found they have an immense amount of wisdom and street sense.
