Slayage has posted James Marsters' 1980 high school yearbook photos. So babyfaced he's barely recognizable (love the 'fro!), but you can see some of Spike in the eyes. And I'm loving the fact that he's going to be 41 next month. Helps to sustain the belief that people my age can still be cool and sexy ;).

Oh, and if you're a glutton for punishment like I am, try reading the comments that accompany the photos. (click on the link at the bottom of the page for the full list of comments and start reading from the bottom) Quite the flame war - and like a loser I spent two hours rubbernecking at that train wreck last night. Nothing like a good message board flame war to remind one of the need for a life.
