I just wanted to quickly mention the passing of Merv Griffin this weekend.

I want to thank him for keeping me company every day after school during the 70s. Because of Merv (and Mike Douglas and Dinah Shore) I knew way more about the likes of Tony Randall, Burt Reynolds, Don Rickles, Zsa Zsa Gabor and Buddy Hackett than any 12-year-old should have.

RIP, Merv.
