I have not been able to concentrate today. My heart is buried under a heavy weight of sadness and it feels almost difficult to breathe. I have all of the same unanswered questions as you - how could something like this happen? how is one supposed to react to such a potentially devastating loss of life? We are all affected by this; whoever carried out these despicable acts has perpetrated what basically amounts to an act of war against the United States. My twisted gut wants retribution, swift and brutal.
