Hmm. Mrs. Hilton must be so proud of all the etiquette she taught her girls, that she now can carry to the rest of the unwashed masses.
Checking my "Miss Manners" book, though, I can't seem to find the sections on 'proper fellatio', or 'genteel gential flashing from a limosine'.
My copy must be out of date.
