The thing is, if you are gonna go to all the bother to SHOOT a lawyer, you migh's well shoot him DEAD!
1) He isn't going to sue you
and
2) there will be great rejoicing (yay)
What an absolute dumbass.
I just read that they guy he shot suffered a minor heart attack as one of the pellets has moved close to his heart. They say he will be okay.
What if this guy dies? I wonder, was Cheney drinking?
