A Panini Kind of Weekend

Eip, you were asking about our panini maker...We have a Wolfgang Puck Bistro Nonstick Panini Maker and Grill. It works really well. The mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes paninis went over well on Saturday, so I made ham and cheese paninis on Sunday. I was thinking a stuffed french toast panini would be good, too...

That's nice! All this talk of paninis is making me drool, and I just ate a huge meal. lol

Try these ingredients for your next lunch-type sandwich:
Any Italian artisan bread, grilled chicken (cut up in small chunks), guyere cheese, sweet red peppers, and fresh spinach leaves.

You'll love it, trust me. :-)
