Heads up, people:
LOST premieres tonight on ABC at 9:00 P.M. (EST). There's some kind of special airing before it at 8:00, called "Destination Lost" described at Yahoo thusly:
"Survivors of Oceanic Airlines Flight 815; an exploration of the island and how it has changed the lives of the crash survivors."
Recap, I guess.
