I am all about pugs. I am pug-obsessed. My cats desperately need me to rescue them a pug pal to rock their world, but I am away from the house too much. It kills me.
Marty is the best dog, ever. Everyone should have a pug.
But I know what you mean about being away from the house too much - it's just not fair to them. I hope you're able to get one some day.
How many cats do you have?
I have three, and my best friend is pregnant, so I'm taking care of hers, too, until she delivers. It's a big house with a big yard... a great place for a dog. But it isn't fair, it's true. Yours looks cool. How long have you been together?
Marty is actually my sister Sheila's dog. We share a house, though, so I do live with him. He'll be four years old in December. He's been a peach since the day she brought him home.
I went to a friend's house for Christmas a few years ago and it was my first pug experience. I spent the entire day and evening ignoring the humans and playing with and cuddling his rescue pugs. My friend, by the way, is obscenely rich, so he was able to afford plastic surgery (!) for his pugs' eyes and noses, to correct the problems that can afflict so many pugs and shorten their lives. These dogs won the lottery! If only people wouldn't inbreed dogs in the first place.
